Thank Gravel It’s Friday LLC

Effective Date: October 5, 2026

Thank Gravel It’s Friday LLC (“TGIF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of our riders, customers, community members, volunteers, and website visitors.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, when we disclose it, and the choices available to you.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the TGIF website, ride and event registrations, participant waivers, merchandise purchases, newsletters, forms, and other TGIF services that link to this Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The information we collect depends on how you interact with TGIF.

Ride and Event Information

When you register for a TGIF ride or event or complete a participant waiver, we may collect:

  • first name;
  • last name;
  • email address;
  • the TGIF ride or event for which you register;
  • waiver acceptance or signature;
  • date of acceptance, when available through the applicable platform; and
  • other information you voluntarily provide through a registration form.

TGIF may use different registration and waiver platforms. The information recorded by a particular platform may vary based on the features available through that service.

Website and Newsletter Information

When you subscribe to TGIF communications, contact us, or submit a form through our website, we may collect information such as:

  • first and last name;
  • email address;
  • information contained in your message or form submission; and
  • communication and subscription preferences.

Merchandise and Transaction Information

If you purchase merchandise or another product through TGIF, our website, e-commerce provider, payment processor, or fulfillment providers may collect information necessary to complete the transaction, including:

  • name;
  • email address;
  • shipping and billing address;
  • order information; and
  • payment-related information.

TGIF generally does not need to receive or retain your complete payment-card number when payment is processed by a third-party payment provider.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the TGIF website, TGIF and its technology providers may automatically collect certain technical information, which may include:

  • IP address;
  • browser and device type;
  • operating system;
  • pages viewed;
  • referring website or page;
  • approximate location derived from an IP address;
  • cookie or similar identifiers; and
  • dates, times, and interactions with the website.

2. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

TGIF may use personal information to:

  • register riders for TGIF rides and events;
  • administer participant agreements and liability waivers;
  • provide route, schedule, weather, safety, cancellation, and event information;
  • operate and support TGIF rides, events, and community programs;
  • communicate with riders and community members;
  • respond to questions or requests;
  • send information about upcoming TGIF rides and events;
  • send TGIF newsletters and community updates;
  • communicate about TGIF merchandise, partnerships, programs, and promotions;
  • process and fulfill purchases;
  • administer Ride Guide, volunteer, or community programs;
  • maintain appropriate participation, waiver, business, and legal records;
  • maintain the security and integrity of our website and systems;
  • understand and improve our website, events, and programs;
  • comply with legal, contractual, insurance, accounting, and regulatory obligations; and
  • carry out other purposes disclosed when information is collected.

3. EVENT AND OPERATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

If you register for a TGIF ride or event, TGIF may use your email address to send communications relating to that ride or event.

These may include:

  • route information;
  • schedule or location changes;
  • weather information;
  • safety notices;
  • ride instructions;
  • cancellation information; and
  • other information reasonably related to your participation.

These operational communications are separate from promotional marketing emails.

4. TGIF MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Where authorized through an applicable registration, waiver, subscription, or other interaction with TGIF, we may use your name and email address to communicate about:

  • upcoming TGIF rides and events;
  • community news;
  • TGIF programs;
  • merchandise;
  • partnerships; and
  • promotions.

TGIF promotional emails will include a method to unsubscribe from future promotional communications.

Unsubscribing from promotional email does not necessarily prevent TGIF from sending communications reasonably necessary to administer an event, transaction, waiver, or existing relationship.

5. EVENT SPONSORS AND PARTICIPANT INFORMATION

Sponsors and partners help TGIF produce and support certain rides and Signature Events.

TGIF does not provide a participant's email address to an event sponsor for that sponsor's independent marketing unless the participant has accepted a TGIF Signature Event Agreement or other event-specific authorization identifying that sponsor as an authorized recipient.

When such an authorization applies, TGIF's standard sponsor-data disclosure is limited to:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address

The applicable sponsors are identified in the participant agreement presented in connection with the relevant event.

Information We Do Not Provide to Sponsors for Independent Marketing

Unless TGIF separately provides notice and obtains any authorization required by law, TGIF does not provide event sponsors for their independent marketing with:

  • waiver signatures;
  • health or medical information;
  • emergency-contact information;
  • dates of birth;
  • payment-card or banking information; or
  • other information collected solely for safety, legal, administrative, or payment purposes.

A sponsor that is not identified in the applicable participant authorization is not authorized by that agreement to receive participant email addresses from TGIF for its independent marketing.

6. CURRENT SIGNATURE EVENT SPONSORS

For TGIF Signature Events where specifically identified in the applicable participant agreement, authorized sponsor recipients may include:

Canyon Bicycles USA, Inc. (“Canyon”) Gita Sporting Goods, Ltd. (“Giordana”)

The actual Sponsor Recipients for each Signature Event will be identified in the participant agreement associated with that event.

TGIF does not rely on this Privacy Policy alone to authorize sponsor marketing disclosures. The applicable event agreement identifies the sponsor or sponsors authorized to receive participant information.

7. SPONSORSHIP AND PRIVACY-LAW DISCLOSURE

TGIF receives financial, product, operational, promotional, and other support from sponsors.

TGIF does not operate as a data broker or sell participant lists as a standalone business.

However, some privacy laws define terms such as “sale” or “sharing” more broadly than their ordinary meanings and may apply those terms to transfers of personal information made in connection with commercial relationships.

TGIF therefore does not represent that every sponsor disclosure will necessarily fall outside every statutory definition of a “sale” or “sharing.”

Where applicable law gives an individual a non-waivable right to opt out of, limit, or otherwise control a particular disclosure, TGIF will honor that right as required by law.

8. SERVICE PROVIDERS

TGIF uses third parties to help operate our organization, website, registrations, events, and communications.

We may provide personal information to service providers that perform functions such as:

  • website and e-commerce hosting;
  • event registration;
  • participant waiver administration;
  • email distribution;
  • payment processing;
  • order fulfillment;
  • data hosting or storage;
  • website analytics;
  • route and mapping services;
  • customer support;
  • event operations; and
  • professional services such as legal, accounting, or insurance support.

A service provider processing information for TGIF is different from an Event Sponsor receiving first name, last name, and email address for that sponsor's independent marketing.

9. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

TGIF may use or link to third-party services for ride registration, community interaction, routes, maps, e-commerce, payments, social media, and other functions.

When you interact directly with one of those services, that company may collect and process information under its own privacy policy and terms.

The information TGIF receives from a third-party service depends on that service and the permissions associated with the applicable interaction.

TGIF is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party platforms.

10. COOKIES, ANALYTICS AND ONLINE TRACKING

TGIF and its website providers may use cookies, analytics technologies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • operate website functionality;
  • remember preferences;
  • understand website traffic and usage;
  • diagnose technical problems;
  • measure website performance; and
  • understand how visitors interact with TGIF content.

Third-party services embedded in or connected to the TGIF website may also collect information through their own technologies.

Do Not Track and Universal Opt-Out Signals

Some browsers provide a legacy “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no single universally adopted standard for legacy Do Not Track signals, TGIF does not treat every legacy Do Not Track signal as a universal request to stop all data collection.

Some jurisdictions recognize specific universal opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control.

Where applicable law requires TGIF or its website technology to recognize an applicable universal opt-out signal, TGIF will honor that signal as required by law.

11. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO AND EVENT MEDIA

TGIF rides and events may be photographed, filmed, recorded, or otherwise documented.

TGIF's use of identifiable participant photography, video, audio, likeness, or other event media is governed by the applicable TGIF Participant Agreement, other applicable authorization, and applicable law.

12. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

TGIF retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for legitimate business, legal, insurance, accounting, contractual, and operational purposes.

Different information may be retained for different periods.

For example:

Participant waivers and agreements may be retained for a period reasonably necessary to establish the terms accepted by a participant, respond to claims, satisfy insurance requirements, and comply with applicable law.

Registration information may be retained for event administration, participation records, community operations, and related business purposes.

Marketing information may be retained while an individual remains subscribed or TGIF otherwise maintains an appropriate marketing relationship.

If someone unsubscribes, TGIF or its email provider may retain limited information on a suppression list so the unsubscribe request can continue to be honored.

Transaction information may be retained for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, customer-service, and legal purposes.

TGIF may delete, anonymize, or aggregate information when identifiable information is no longer reasonably necessary.

13. INFORMATION SECURITY

TGIF uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, acquisition, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction.

No website, database, electronic transmission, or information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

14. YOUR PRIVACY AND EMAIL CHOICES

You may unsubscribe from TGIF promotional emails using the unsubscribe mechanism contained in those communications.

If an Event Sponsor sends marketing directly to you after receiving information pursuant to an applicable participant authorization, you may unsubscribe from that sponsor's communications using the mechanism provided by that sponsor.

You may contact TGIF regarding personal information associated with TGIF at: stoke@thankgravelitsfriday.com

Depending on applicable law and where you reside, you may have additional rights concerning your personal information.

Those rights may include the ability to request:

  • access to personal information;
  • correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • deletion of personal information;
  • a portable copy of certain information;
  • information concerning certain disclosures; or
  • an opt-out from particular uses or disclosures.

TGIF will honor applicable privacy rights when required by law.

We may take reasonable steps to verify that a person making a privacy request is the individual to whom the requested information relates.

15. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY INFORMATION

The California Online Privacy Protection Act requires operators of qualifying commercial websites and online services collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post information concerning their privacy practices.

This Privacy Policy describes:

  • the categories of personal information TGIF may collect;
  • how TGIF uses personal information;
  • categories of third parties that may receive information;
  • TGIF's online-tracking practices;
  • how individuals may contact TGIF regarding their information; and
  • the effective date of this Privacy Policy.

If the California Consumer Privacy Act or another California privacy statute applies to TGIF or a particular processing activity, California residents may have additional rights under that law.

Those rights may include rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, certain sales or sharing of personal information, sensitive personal information, and non-discrimination for exercising applicable statutory rights.

TGIF will not require an individual to waive a privacy right that applicable California law makes non-waivable.

If TGIF becomes legally required to provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” “Your Privacy Choices,” or comparable mechanism, TGIF will provide and honor that mechanism as required by law.

16. COLORADO PRIVACY INFORMATION

If the Colorado Privacy Act applies to TGIF or a particular processing activity, eligible Colorado consumers may have statutory rights including:

  • access;
  • correction;
  • deletion;
  • data portability;
  • opting out of certain sales of personal data;
  • opting out of targeted advertising; and
  • opting out of certain profiling.

Where Colorado law requires consent for a processing activity, TGIF will obtain consent satisfying applicable law.

TGIF will honor applicable recognized universal opt-out mechanisms when required by law.

17. CHILDREN AND MINORS

TGIF's standard adult Participant Agreement is intended for people eighteen (18) years of age or older.

When TGIF permits a minor to participate, TGIF may require a separate parent or legal guardian agreement and additional privacy protections.

TGIF does not knowingly provide a minor's personal information to an Event Sponsor for independent marketing unless TGIF has determined the disclosure is permitted by law and any authorization required by law has been obtained.

18. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

TGIF may update this Privacy Policy as our operations, technology, events, sponsorships, or legal obligations change.

When we update the Policy, we will revise the Effective Date above.

Where required by applicable law, TGIF will provide additional notice regarding material changes.

Changing this Privacy Policy does not retroactively authorize TGIF to provide a participant's personal information to a new Event Sponsor that was not authorized under the participant agreement the rider accepted.
