Meet the Panel:

Hailey Moore

Hailey is an accomplished writer and a route developer behind the scenic Red Feather Ramble near Fort Collins, CO. In the 2021 North South Colorado Bikepacking Race, Hailey clinched First Place Woman and Third Overall, conquering it in 3 days, 11 hours, and 50 minutes. The following year, on the Ozark Gravel DOOM Route in northwest Arkansas, she became the Women's Record Holder, covering the distance in 2 days, 15 hours, and 30 minutes. In 2023, she became the Women’ Record Holder at the Monumental Loop (Las Cruces), finishing in 29 hours and 36 minutes. Beyond trails, Hailey is a copywriter, editor, and contributor for The Radavist and ambassador for Swift Industries and Rene Herse.

Suzy Williams

Suzy is a seasoned digital marketer with a passion for cycling and the outdoors, boasting 10+ years in the cycling industry and 15+ years in the outdoor industry. Suzy’s journey has taken her on exhilarating bike-packing trips, including a National Geographic adventure and an all-women's expedition featured in Radavist. For her 30th birthday, she rallied friends to conquer the Kokopelli Trail, and she’s crafted her own routes like Gunnison to Crested Butte via Kebler Pass. Recently, Suzy blended her love for biking and marketing by embarking on a 5-day bike-packing shoot for a bike brand in the San Juan's stunning landscapes. With insights into what bike brands seek in adventure cycling marketing, Suzy offers a unique perspective that bridges both worlds.

Clare Jade

With a background as a chef, pastry chef, and a physicist-ceramicist, Clare transitioned into data/business intel 8 years ago, becoming a Technical Trainer at Amazon (AWS). Because Clare’s work in tech can be so complicated and mentally demanding, she’s drawn to the simplicity of long distance bike adventures and how it allows her to shut her brain down back down to the basics. For Clare, the Colorado Trail had been a dream, and in the summer of 2021, she found herself deciding she was going to do it about a week before she actually took off for an unforgettable solo bikepacking journey. Logistics led her to split the trail into two parts, cycling to Leadville, pausing to ride the Triple Bypass, then resuming to reach Durango, completing the trail in a swift two weeks. But this solo adventure is one of many including trails like the Oregon Timber Trail, Arizona Trail, Orcas Island, Idaho to Wyoming's Around the Rock, and Catalina. “Adventuring is a necessity to finding balance”
